  Excellent loan officer. Sam has been with us for about a month and we are very close to buying our house thanks to his help.   Sam Warda is the best! I truly love being able to trust him with my Mortgage needs. If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond this is the person! He is excited and passionate about what he does and I feel smarter and more educated about mortgages after being helped by him. He takes the time to explain alot of things he doesn't need to.   Sam Warda was an amazing mortgage lender to work with! We decided to work with him based on a recommendation from our realtor, and he quickly proved his worthiness of that referral. Sam was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and generally a nice guy. He would apologize if he didn't get respond to a text or email within an hour! My wife and I were first-time home buyers in the Phoenix area during the spring/summer of 2021 when the housing market was hyper competitive. He helped us through the mortgage process in a way that made our offers more attractive to sellers. Without his expertise, we are confident we wouldn't have found a home as quickly as we did. 10/10 would recommend and work with again.

  Sam Warda and his team did a fantastic job of handling my refinance!  Sam is extremely knowledgeable and was always there answering all of my questions, telling me what would happen next and who I would hear from making the process very smooth, quick and efficient.   Absolutely great! Highest recommendation! My husband and I were first time buyers through a VA loan. We had only been in Arizona for 18 months.
