  Mike was extremely patient, and guided me (as a first-time buyer) through each step. He answered all questions that arose, and followed up through e-mail, text, and phone calls when necessary. He was calm, professional, and available as much as possible. When I needed to send over paperwork to any of the team contacts, he offered to forward those documents.   Mike is a great guy, he works hard for you and makes you feel like your his ONLY client. I love his attention to detail and making sure you're getting the right loan for your situation.
