  After being led around by the nose by two well-known companies (who promised a lot, but shoved us from one uninformed person to another), we were referred to Jim by good friends. Right away Jim got back to us and said he could get us refinanced! He and his team at Fairway Mortgage clearly led us, step by step, through the loan refi process. We just closed!!!
