  I'm a repeat customer with Jim because he and his entire team provide excellent customer service. Unlike some, they take the time to explain the details instead of assuming the customer is familiar with all the terms and conditions of the contracts. They also provide a personal touch that makes you feel appreciated, respected, and (most of all) heard. Their paperwork process avoids redundancies; I've never had to submit anything more than once.   Did a refi as I've worked with Jim before for a loan, and the process was very smooth. The portal used to upload all information is very intuitive and team members will reach out to clear up any issues. Maybe because the team is newer for the refi process, communication was a bit more disjointed. I sometimes was asked for the same information by multiple team members after items had been submitted, and the closing date was pushed back a couple times unexpectedly. Overall though, refi was much less stressful than the loan and Jim even got a lower rate than expected!

  Can't say enough good things about Jim and Olga. They are a powerhouse couple: smart, organized, and TENACIOUS. I worked with Jim over two years ago on financing my main home. Just two months ago, his team contacts me about the amazing 30-year rates available in 2020. Every expectation I had was exceeded.   The bottom line is a loan is a loan. Provided the interest rate is the same, it is true that it really doesn't make much of a difference who the mortgage company; from a customer's perspective anyway. But, the distinction is in the details. You don't just want a lender, you want someone with great experience, expert understanding of the mortgage laws and most importantly, someone that has your interest at heart and not just after your business. Such is the nature of the service you can expect from Jim. I've worked with him twice now and I can vouch for his service. Excellence Guaranteed!
