  I have had a very bad experience with this company. Their communication is terrible and they make it incredibly difficult to get a straight answer. I received an email stating the X would be withdrawn from my account on the agreed upon date. The payment was processed. Today I received an email that I missed my payment, which I did NOT, it cleared through my account. The woman on the phone told me that I needed to bring documentation into the office - DURING A PANDEMIC - in order for this to be rectified. In previous months I had been able to email all of the information needed. I will be looking for a new loan company, one that has the capabilities of communicating properly and has the best interest of their clients interests and health. Absolutely shameful that this is how they treat people.

  Josue was the person in charge of walking me through the loan process. It was my first loan and he was great at giving me answers and making me feel comfortable. He was always a call away and I felt at ease. My monthly payments are also affordable and the is no fees for paying back the loan early. Great service and got my loan in two days from the application. It would have been faster if it wasn’t because their system went down it would have been in a day. All I had to do was provide the documents and answer theirs questions and all done! I definitely recommend them!

  They did not fully explain what was required before having us come into the office for closing the loan. Didn't mention full coverage for collateral vehicle or direct us to bring that vehicle with us for photos. Did nothing to rectify their mistake. Very high rates. Will be glad to pay this back ASAP or refinance it with another company with more reasonable terms. Came through quickly in a tough situation though.

  My first time getting a loan with one main.I must say I'm impress.from start to finish it was a good exper.my loan officer was very informal help me to make to the right decision.i heard many people talk and get financial help here.I was skeptical at first but the person who preferred me to go.was so right about one main so here on out hopefully I can gain there trust And they gain mines.ps.this the place to go ifyour in need of little help.

  Hello, I never leave these things but I got a letter in the mail from them that said I was approved for an unsecured loan for $8k. I make decent money, 660 credit score, but they denied it (BAIT AND SWITCH) and asked to take over the loan on my car, increase the interest rate, and only give me 3500 cash out on my BMW. Total scam, I asked to be removed from all of there offers in the future and to not call me anymore. Best of luck with these people, I would run if I were you and reading this.

He went above and beyond for me, and gave me the feeling that I mattered as much as a customer taking out $100,000.
