  Since zero isn't an option. Requested a car loan provided the VIN for the vehicle and got pre-approved for it for up to 30k (2005 Corvette). They called me back after I placed the deposit on the car and said "Congratulations we can now give you 15k". Wait What? They claimed the trade in value on the vehicle was all they could do the loan for, however Trade in-value was 25k at the time soooo? I was able to take out a personal unsecured loan for the 25k at a lower interest rate than what they wanted to offer me for a secured coar loan at 15k. This place is a joke, don't waste your time.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would! This branch has the most incompetent people working there. How do you left someone cash a check on a business account without verifying the signature? Their staff let a scammer cash a check that was stolen, on an account with a signature from someone that does not own the business or account! Stay far away from them. Use Bright Star if you need a credit union!

  NEVER USE THIS BANK!!! My husband and I opened a business account here and was approved for a loan through SBA and they refuse to release the funds to us. They stated they are sending the money back to SBA, it has been weeks and they have not sent the money back. We opened an account with Chase to have the loan sent there and they are still holding the money. SBA said they have to wait until they get the money back to redirect it to our new account. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS BANK. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!

  This is the most inconvenient and unprofessional bank I have ever not had the pleasure of doing business with. My husband got a car loan with them through the car dealership and we've had nothing but trouble with them ever since. You can't pay the bill online unless you have an account with them, so I set up bill pay through my bank. A few months ago, they call to let us know that we were late and defaulted on the loan. Except we weren't late, it was paid on time. What they don't explain is that you get a regular account and a savings account. For some reason, they gave me the savings account to set up for bill pay, which I did and that would have been fine except that another member with a similar number accidentally put down our savings account number for her recurring bill pay - and it worked! So they had taken money out of our account and then it looked like we defaulted on our payment, which we had paid in full and on time. After the two hours it took for them to figure that out and fix it, I expressed my extreme concern over the lack of security. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. Of course, a couple months later: same problem. Another hour on the phone just to fix it. Now, they just called again today, but they won't talk to me because it is my husband's account and he works the same hours they are open and doesn't have an hour or two to sit on the phone with them to clear it up. The only way to get me on the account is to go into the branch and give me power of attorney. Well, the branches are open the same times my husband works! The other solution they offered was to refinance in both our names, no thanks! I can't imagine what a hassle that would be! I don't want anything to do with them and neither should you!

  I love my Space Coast Credit Union, but man did they drop the ball when they hired these two incompetent people. These two women misrepresented everything I've come to love about Space Coast. On April 5th, 2016, around 9:45 am, I go to the bank to deposit a check, and these two women basically go back and forth on who is going to help me. The smaller women finally come behind the counter and then looking confused, she tells me that I cannot deposit a check into my account. She tells me I can only make a cash deposit. I try to tell her I have two accounts with Space Coast including a Business account and that I've deposited checks many times before,.. Nope cash only - she then says go to Bank of America. Again I tell her I have tow account here... She gives me a blank stare... I look around and see that these are the only two people in the bank, and I think to myself "Well, let me go find a better Space Coast" - I feel like I wasted my time. These people are getting paid just to drive customers off... Very interesting.

  My money was stolen and they will find an excuse to not credit your account no matter if you have submitted all documents. Mind you today is 5/26/2017 the incident happened on 4/21/2017 over a month keep telling me different dates to get the issue resolved. The customer service reps are nice but the fraud department scams. No sense of having a credit union when you have to stalk your belongings anyway.

  NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. Do not use this Bank EVER!!!! I'm done with SpaceCoast. I have for the most part over 15+ years as member have put up with a lot with this bank. I moved to Naples and have had nothing but problems ever since. The only reason we kept them as a bank was because they gave us the direct deposit a day early. They are stopping that and we are out. Here are the issues with SpaceCoast. Wire transfer policy. You have to go into the bank to fill out a form to start to make wire transfers. Must be done at the branch. Again I'm in Naples. Then I guess there are two types of wire transfer forms and don't dare fill out the incorrect one that the teller will give you. I suggest you fill out all of them. Had to go back. Bill pay completely sucks. They take the money on the send date not the delivery date when they can send the payment electronically. By the way you don't know which vendor they can send electronically. Its a surprise! The balance info does not reflect online correctly. It shows zero balance when your negative. It should show you how negative you are. The ATM's show you how negative you are why not the mobile app. No customer service for the online bank issues. After requesting to be contacted by branch manager. NO CALL BACK. No one else to send or address issues with. Long holds on deposits, local check deposits and not only that. When the check written has cleared the other bank and funds have been taken out of the check writers account. Space Coast still keeps on hold your money. So, they have the money and don't let you use it. In the process your allowed to incur SNF charges the whole time. My renter was depositing for 8yrs no issues until this year. What a problem? I have to call each deposit and ask the manager to please release the funds for the local check. Even then its hit or miss. Been there 15 yrs like I'm going somewhere. Well congrats I am going somewhere else now! Did the whole thing online. Transfers and all. Went into the bank and the Manager with out an appointment took an hour out of his day to confirm everything was correct and my account was active and ready. PNC bank of Naples. The manager said I just like to meet my customers and ended up talking to me for an hour. Imagine that customer service!!!!! WOW

  Staff is great...I always get great service but the sign outside the building says 24 ATM...THAT IS A LIE! It's 130pm on Saturday and I CAN NOT access the ATM. Very mad that I wasted my time traveling here.

  Employees are so helpful I never feel pressured to take a loan like most banks do and they give better bonuses
