  My family and I have been banking with Landings for my entire teenage and adult life. This past month, representative Jessica Wilson helped me finance the car of my dreams as a first time buyer. She also helped me attain other forms of credit to improve my credit score and financial standing. She has been very helpful and communicative. I know she and Landings have my best interest at heart. This year my mother's vehicle was totaled and she too had a smooth experience financing through Landings and purchasing from their recommended auto brokers at Autohouse.

  I’ve been banking here for years now and I must say that unfortunately the tellers at the Mill location definitely need some customer service training. They used to be quite friendly. Don’t know if those people left or got promoted but the people they have now don’t smile much and make you feel like you are somehow inconveniencing them. Today just reinforced the reason I try to do any banking transactions online or at the ATM.

  Landings is like a chicken with it's head cut off, running around not knowing what to do. Staff turnover rate seems high which isn't usually a great sign. Constant fixing of employee mistakes and errors is hardly conducive to an anxiety free atmosphere showing Landing to have a proper handle on peoples money, I'd say the part they have nailed is making sure you pay your credit card bill. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free banking experience. Seems like a "from the top down" problem with Landings.

  What a fabulous experience! Landings Credit Union, under the professional tutelage of Cecilia Ashe and staff, fulfilled every need of mine as a small business owner. I felt like family! I highly recommend this "outfit" for all your banking and borrowing needs.

  I am so pleased with the service I have Received from Landings Credit Union. If you are tiered of having to deal with unpleasant, incompetent, unfriendly, Rude, disrespectful, uninterested personnel, you need to change over to Landings. I have never had to deal with Anyone who wasn’t wonderful in every way. They really know how to make their Customer feel important and cared for. I can’t say enough. I’m so glad and fortunate that my best friend introduced Me to Landings Credit Union.

  I just refinanced our home through Landings Credit Union and was very impressed by AVP Mortgage Lending, April Melgoza’s assistance with our loan. I loved that way she assured we got the best interest rate on our refinance and how she followed up through the whole process so we knew exactly where we were in our loan. 10 stars in customer service, each time I called with questions, readily available!

  I just refinanced my auto loan with Landings CU, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with their services. Kathy was able to bring down my awful interest rate from another company all the way down to an incredibly low rate!! As an ASU student, I obviously don’t have a bunch of extra cash sitting around, so I’m happy that they were able to save me so much money. Also, the new online services are great- they even offer a Quickpay option that’s pretty much just like how other banks offer “Zelle”.

  I have been associated with the Credit Union since the mid 80's. They have always handled my financial matter with prompt professionalism. They continue to do so today during these difficult times. Many thanks to Cecilia Estrada Ashe and the staff of Landings Credit Union.

  Service service service! I've owned a retail business for close to 30 years in Tempe. Trying to get a PPP loan from the big banks was near impossible when Covid crashed down upon us. My bookkeeper suggested a smaller local bank and Cecilia/Jake at Landings made things so easy for us. Not only did they get my PPP loan approved but were so communicative thru the whole process. I'm one of those PPP success stories. It truly did what the program was designed for. We used the funds to hire back 85% of our staff and had we not just gotten PPP second draw, we would have been forced to have more furloughs.
