  Jiji is an incredible Loan Officer with amazing knowledge on all Mortgage process and made our home buying experience so wonderful in Phoenix AZ. He patiently vetted and advised us on the houses we put offer on even came on video chat to check couple of houses for us. He was thorough and quick on documentation and is well connected with multiple vendors to get us the best deal. I highly recommend Jiji if you are looking for a Loan officer who is on your side.

  Jiji helped us buy a new home and sell our old house, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with! Touring homes with him was very enjoyable; he was always punctual and easy to talk to. His knowledge was an invaluable asset as we navigated the market. He was very quick about sending us information that we needed to submit and making sure we had everything ready to go for the offers that we did put through. Jiji was also our loan officer. Our loan process was handled smoothly. He is knowledgeable about mortgage processing, locked us at a reasonable interest rate, and took care of all the closing needs.   Jiji Thomas served a double roll in my home buying process. He was my real estate agent and loan officer, he was able to find equitable loans and an ideal house for us. The process was smooth and easy. He is very knowledgeable about both. He answers the PHONE whenever you call him, which is very rare among loan officers. There is no stupid question, he takes time to explain each step. I shopped around with three different companies before we finalized with him. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

  Working with Jiji chettan was an absolute pleasure. The moment we contacted him for the very first time till we stepped into “our” first home, Jiji chettan was on top of everything. Always contacting “us” and giving us guidance all the way through. Just like many, my wife and I were just two lost kids trying to buy our first home with no idea how to go about it. With Jiji chettan’s guidance, it was nothing but a smooth ride. We never had to worry about a single thing. Every time we viewed a new property, Jiji chettan would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and appliances. We have always heard home buying is a stressful process but in our opinion, it was one of the easiest and smoothest procedures we have done so far together. I don’t think we would have been able to do it without Jiji chettan and his expert opinions and vision. He was not only our realtor but rather more like mentor giving us direction and advice at the due time in a timely manner.
