  This company is an Absolute joke and headache for both lenders and borrowers . As a computer wizard with 16 years experience in my industry , they have a system issue that the developer needs to fix or else they will be bankrupt or out of business with multiple law suits against them soon . They are too stubborn to face the reality , needless to mention I run several businesses and have thousands of clients of whom I call “ dear “ , a lady named Nelly hung up on me for calling her “ dear “. A complete joke , clearly a mixture of an Un-professionalism and illiteracy. Stay away , if you still want to do business with them , record Every transaction and record every call message and email and save them on a jump drive for legal purposes as you will need it in the end , sadly that’s all I’m doing till we can find another company to fit our needs .

  As a seasoned investor, August REI provided nothing short than headaches. I barely can get anyone, especially Velina, on the phone; their payment history online is confusing; they are unorganized; slow; and overall provide poor customer service. It took me a long time to post a review because I appreciate Carol's business relationship (this is not a reflection on her); but my experience with the company has been so bad that I had to transfer all my files to another company.

  I have worked with August REI for several years. They are always very professional and patient when working with their clients. Amy Sayre, August REI's owner, will do whatever it takes to explain complicated issues to clients, even if it means staying in the office after hours. Her dedicated work ethic has impressed me, one of the many reasons why I recommend August REI to all of my investors and borrower clients.

  August REI is BY FAR the worst mortgage servicer. We frequently have issues and call and email and they are terrible about getting back to us. We received delinquent letters from our county tax office because their escrow department isn't paying our taxes. After the first time it happened, they apologized and said that they sent the check a little late. It happened again the next month. We just had to cut a huge check to our insurance company because the escrow department isn't paying our insurance premium either, even though we have an escrow account. So we have a high payment and they're supposed to be putting money in our escrow account, but they're obviously not using the money to pay our insurance or taxes. Avoid this company.

  I have been with August Rei since they where on northwest highway!!!! They are very amazing!! They make sure they are quick but very Efficient with the processing of payments. They are very profound and extremely courteous.. anytime I have a question it gets answered the same day.... no matter if it’s dealing with my house or a personal question they are always there to be a listening ear or refer you to the person you need to talk to.... they have been the nicest people I’ve meet since I’ve moved to Texas in 2011 but bought my house in 2012.. and there has nothing but the best quality August Rei has to offer and are the best company I have ran into... I can’t give enough thanks to August Rei and there staff!!!! You guys/women are the best to me and my family!!! Thank you so much Ms.Venus *****

  The email in the website doesn't work, don't recommend borrowing from here, terrible customer service and or very poor communication skills. Por favor no gasten su dinero aquí. Solo roban. Es una muy mala compañía.
