  I loved this place at first they were very loving. And caring especially the ladies in the finance center that took my payments were very caring and understanding but after my car started messing up on me after almost 2 1/2 years I wanted to do a trade in and the manager Carlos at the Rowlett location really tried to go out his way to help me, but the upper management didn’t want to work with me as far as the payment they wanted me to pay almost 3000 dollars to trade in for the value of my Buick so I feel like I was let down I was a great customer with them and u guys worry more about money than your customers and that is sad I was happy at the beginning, but felt disappointed at the end that I cried when I had to leave this car place I felt it was my best Carplace ever I had been to, but o well it is what it is.

  One of DFW best car place. Reasonable, they work with, customer service is on it every min and sec. I'm glad I chose Barret Motors, two cars and another one coming.   I am glad I got a car from Barrett Motors, and so glad to call this company with my updated information. Payments are easy, they are easy to talk to, and enjoyed my experience here. Just wish they were a little more flexible like Lakeside Auto, who helps all walks of life, not just perfect credit scores. Overall, Barrett has great sales people, and awesome customer service.   I needed a car asap I work two jobs my rental went back. So I was on the hunt for a car with affordable payments and dependable. Of course it doesn't hurt if it looks nice. This was the first lot I went to they helped me get in a car within 2 days. They kept me informed about what was going g on and I left with a car I could afford. Great customer service. Hope to do more business with them again.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Barrett Motors. I fell onto hard times and they consistently been quite helpful as well as understanding. I would recommend anyone that would like a quality car, great service, along with a fair 1 year warranty to please give them a try. It makes me want to continue my business with them.

  I love Barrett Motors. They are a wonderful fun group of sales reps. The office, especially Billie are the most understanding. I have had so many ups and downs but I am on my second car. I referred my daughter who just paid off her car. My best friend who bought one and a co worker. I will continue to recommend to Barrett Motor and God willing they let me get a third car. :) You are in the right place here.

  I’ve financed two vehicles through them. Always made my payments, I catch covid and the snow storm hit I was needing help deferring a payment or asking if I could pay late, due to one month of missed payment (after almost 2 years of never missing one) they repoed my car AFTER I tried too pay and they denied my payment. The “finance manager” is a heartless bi*** and denied my payment, wouldn’t let me speak with a higher up bc apparently she’s the highest one up 😂 so thank y’all for ruining a single moms credit bc of one month and me owing you money, trying to pay and not even letting me pay, I reported them. I’d stay far away from this piece of sh** place.

  If you’re looking for a vehicle and need a little extra TLC in the car financing area, this is the place to go. Barrett Motors keeps a decent inventory of options to select from and a service facility on site for repairs. They really work well with their customers. One special gem is Billie Henderson. Ms. Henderson does all that she can to provide quality customer service to customers while adhering to the company goals. It’s been a joy to work with Barrett Motors in the time frame that I have. Try them out-you will be well pleased that you did!

  Great vehicles ... I’ve bought 2. Customer service is top of the line. I actually went through a rough time and got behind and Billie Henderson worked tirelessly with me to come up with a plan to help me keep my vehicles and come current. These are “real people” - they’re not just salesmen wanting a commission. They really car.
