  Me and my husband were looking for anyone to help us at this point and we came across this little shop here. When we first walked in we felt out of place but as soon as lady (Christin) addressed us and we explained what we looking for, she immediately went to help us and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Not only did she help us with what we needed, her and Kia even made suggestions of what else we could do. We took that offer and she made sure we got exactly what we asked for and we even came back the next day. When the employees are very welcoming and attentive as both of them are it makes customers such as myself want come back. They succeed just that perfectly. You can just tell they are wanting to help and will do whatever they can do to so, while keeping in mind they are a business! I will definitely highly recommended and will continue to do business with them in the future

  Coming in the front door you immediately notice the decor, which is very nice and very inviting. The man (Kia} behind the counter was very gracious and friendly. He gave me a fantastic deal on 2 rings. He is an asset to this store. Give Kia a raise. He deserves it.

  Great staff. They have a lot of cool stuff and are reasonable. They are the only place I can find that will replade watch bands. Will come again!

  Thank you for showing me that there are Companies that still care about their customers no matter what. I walked in this fine jewelry store in jeans and a t-shirt and was treated as if I was in a ball gown. They have a great selection of jewelry, art work, designer handbags, and so much more...at a reasonable price! Thanks again for your wonderful customer service and showing me that my patronage matters. A+ service!

  This place is AWESOME their very nice and professional and very very very reasonable on their jewelry I stopped in another place in town off Broadway no names but the guy seemed shady but here at jewelry journey they seemed very nice and helpful and I didn't feel takin advantage of it was a great experience me and the wife loved the way we was treated and I am not being payed this is just really how I feel im grateful I found them being new to town I was starting to worry if there was any good precious metals shops in town so thank you Jewelry Journey for making me feel welcomed to town

  Great place and great staff! Called to ask a couple questions, at a very difficult time for me and didnt really have much of anything to "pawn" we talked for just a minute and the lady(I cannot rem her name) warmly told me to come on in she was sure she could help me out. And she did exactly that! I had brought in a couple necklaces all tangled up one of which is my absolute favorite, and the gentleman working even took time to untangle them for me! And I left with my necklace on! Def a journey! Thank you both for your kindness!

  Don't waste ur time says there out of money. Rude wouldn't look me in my eyes when talking. More customers came in totally gave them her full attention like I hadn't been there. I have purchased serveral items from them, but never again.

  Being honest is rude?! I’m sorry our business isn’t flourishing in this horrid economy. We are three years old. I did look you in the eyes. I look everyone in the eyes. I also remember telling you to check back in a few days to see if more money came in. Unfortunately, too many customers aren’t keeping their end of the deal. I can’t grow money. I’m truly sorry I couldn’t help you and appreciate the purchases you’ve made in the past.

  Very friendly! Awesome selections with lots of price ranges. And if you don't see what you want, they have an assortment of books to choose delivery and get it to you within a few days! Definitely recommend
