      They are never open, misinformed, and frequently spend time talking to each other instead of helping customers. I have been debating switching banks for years, and now my decision is final. I set an appointment to cash out EE bonds. When I showed up to the bank they stated the United States Treasury is not allowing banks to cash bonds at this time. A) Why was I not told that on the phone? B) This information is false. The United States Treasury allows any local bank to cash bonds if an individual has held a bank account for 12 months. The bank should fill out the form, cash them for the customer, then send the bonds into the Treasury Department. This information is presented on the government website and on the government automated recording regarding bond redemption. The bank may have to wait up to 13 weeks for processing time, yet they are allowed to by our United States Treasury. I have been a customer at this bank for 10+ years and have noticed a significant decrease in competency at this specific branch. Ryan- I attempted to call again today at 1:20 to make an appointment to rearrange accounts due to the continued difficulties. No answer. No ability to leave a message. No ability to make an online appointment.

      Not once since I have opened my account with them have I got ahold of one person a this branch customer service is non existent there online banking is the only option or another branch. Never know when they will be open.

      O starts for me this place is an ABSOLUTE joke. They never answer the phone then when you show up because you need help you have to sit for hours. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

      The slowest, worst service I've ever experienced. Couldn't even give me my money to pay my bills after sitting in line at the window for 30 minutes. The other branch in Cape Girardeau is BY FAR the better option.

      Rarely open on time. Could definitely be more friendly and little quicker at getting people through commercial. Slow.
