  Worst customer service of any banking establishment I've had business with! Unprofessional loan officer is totally unresponsive to customer inquiries... doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return phone calls or reply promptly to email. Promises to have documentation to the title company on a Friday then fails to fulfill that commitment but doesn't inform any clients so scheduled days off from work to be at closing have to be rearranged. Pathetic.

  I have more issues with my debit card with this bank than any other banking institution I use. Disappointing customer service and a great deal of hassle involved. I highly recommend seeking a different banking institution unless you enjoy a great deal of difficulty with someone as simple as using your debit card. Big thumbs down.

  Wood and Huston Bank has always been there for me. I started a business acct. there a few years ago. Every time I have needed them they have responded. You are not just a number there. When you go in a bank and they know your name and they care for your financial needs you know you have found a banking home. I would encourage anyone to select this bank for all your financial needs. BTW, I switched from Bank of America to Wood and Huston.

  They are a good bank as long as you don't need to use their atm sevices very much. Their atms are down about 50% of the time I go to use them. Which is just an aggravation unless it's after hours then it can be very in convenient.

  I have a car loan with them. You have to use a payment book, like in the 1990s. You cannot pay your bill any other way.
