  First, I want to be transparent: I work part time for Jim Perry, the Owner of Jet Real Estate. For many years before being an employee, I've been a raving fan. In 2012, Jim helped me buy my very first home. It was a 'short' sell which took many months to complete for a fraction of the commission and never once did I hear a complaint. From that home, I've successfully referred him to my grandpa, my aunt, my close family friend, my cousin and best friend. He helped me sell my home and got us into our current, perfect home for us. He's taken care of my whole circle. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, very organized and I felt very taken care of the whole way through the process. Because that's what he does. He takes care of his clients, agents and employees because he is top notch, and I'd 100% go back to Jet Real Estate for my next home/investment purchase. As an employee I can vouch for the quality of agents that are contracted with the Firm. We are smaller than most other realties and are very picky about who we choose to hire on. I've seen many cases where our agents have gone way above and beyond for their clients and am proud to work with Jet.

  First time home buyer on my own, really didn't know what I was doing to be honest. This along with a demanding job, I over looked some very key steps. This being said, I do rely on my realtor to be the expert here and cover my interests in this very significant purchase. The realtor at Jet Reality was negligent and all of the repairs that were called out in the inspection report, repairs I asked to be completed before the purchase, we not done and my realtor basically failed to verify that all the repairs were made. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend this company. There were some subtle up sales that I didn't appreciate as well. Now I am left with some fairly significant issues and will have to hire someone to complete what was suppose to be done prior to the sale and signing.

  Dear Deborah. I am sorry that you felt that you were not treated well here at Jet Real Estate, but your accusations against our Firm and our individual broker that worked with you are inaccurate and unfounded. The broker that helped you with your inspection (who has been in real estate for many years, comes from a family of real estate agents, and has never had any bad complaints about her since she has been with my Firm) could not be negligent on all the repairs first of all because she is not an expert in construction. In our industry we depend on the Inspectors and contractor professionals with licenses in their fields to provide quality work and opinions. You left the initial inspection to go somewhere else, you approved the final walk through, and signed off on the paperwork when it was time to close. Our broker even tried to appease your concerns at closing (which you approved of) by giving you some money out of her commission to help you out. The biggest problem here is that you wrote this review 8 months after closing! You called me over the phone (over 8 months after closing) and we started having a productive conversation to help alleviate your situation. You told me you would call me back on a certain day (which you did not) and then called me a few days later when I was out of town. I tried again to call you the following week, left a message, and you never called me back but left this review. Completely unfair! We were willing to help (even after 8 months had gone by after closing) wherever we could to make this right. So I now have to defend our broker and our Firm on this review. I am sorry you were dissatisfied and I do wish you the best going forward, but please do not make false accusations and misleading comments on our review pages. There are many people that work at our Firm who have families and depend on the Internet to provide their livelihoods. To say never to work with this Firm is reckless and could cause damage to many people when you have a gripe with just one Broker.

I am proud and honored to help represent this brokerage. I would recommend any client or realtor to work here. You will not be sorry you did.

  Jet Real Estate has been totally unresponsive to numerous phone messages and emails. Not even sure they are a legitimate business!

  Vicky. I am sorry this has happened to you. Who are you working with that they wouldn't respond to your emails? If you tried to call us this weekend, we were closed for the holiday weekend so is that when you tried to call us?
