      We have been Bank of America members for years and run our business thru them and this is one of the worse locations ever. Parking is horrible the employees are horrible and rude we sat in their drive thru lane and the lady went to help others who came after us and didn't think to tell us first that the lane we were at didn't work. Nowhere does it say out of service or not open. Had to drive back around and walk in which isn't a big deal but we had to drive already 40 mins out of way to even get to this location. Never again will we go to this branch.

      They said I was suppose to receive a new card then once I activate it, it would shut off my old card. Not only I didn't recieve my new card, but they went ahead and shut off the card I'm still using!

      Erica was very kind in helping me inside the bank today to get some cash out until my card arrived. Customer service was great and I will be returning !

      Worst bank. Give a bad review they shut down my account. Call and they cannot get story straight. Use to be a good bank. Now another corrupt institution.
