  As first time home buyers it was a little nerve wrecking going into this process. However, Jessica put my family much at ease by always keeping us up to date with all of the home-buying terminology, and informed throughout every step of the way. Jessica is incredibly dedicated to her pursuit and available literally whenever you need her, no matter the time. Using the VA loan I learned it typically takes about 45 days to process, remarkably, Jessica had us finished in less than 30 days! To describe Jessica and her service, exceptional would be an understatement. And trust me, I ask a lot of questions! It was really comforting that I could reach out to her with a text or call and she would respond so quickly. Anytime we put in an offer, she had the numbers updated for us within MINUTES of letting her know so that me and my husband knew what to expect.
