  Marvin Hoyla is the Go-To Salesmen for us to buy a SUV in Washington state. Dealership is low key and easy to find. He put a Ton of Effort into getting us set up with the Kia Sportage in bright red. We wanted a All-Wheel drive. The Sales Manager is very pleasant to work with. I enjoyed my conversation with him too. Marvin is a genius at Finding financial companies if you have any credit situation. Worth the drive to Anacortes Washington because coming home we stopped at a Fish Market nearby with take-out food. Fantastic. Also had superb chicken strips at Tobacco/Gas Station on the exit by the big Casino. Fun day buying a new car. We are thrilled. Bless him.

  The Service department I would rate at a 1 star but the sales department would get a 4 star. First the Service department is hard to get a appointment. I would rather pay for my oil change at a Jiffy lube that takes 15 min in and out with no appointment needed then for it to take a hour and still not get the even close to the customer service that Jiffy Lube gives. The only reason I go out of my way is because it is free since I bought the car there. Another complaint I have with the service department is I tell them what was wrong with my car. they already know by the description that I will need the part replaced. I schedule a appointment for over two weeks later just for them to tell me they need to take my car dash apart to get the part number. ITS A BRAND NEW CAR. LOOK IT UP FROM THE FACTORY BEFORE I GET THERE. So the end result was me making another appointment to get it replaced another 3 weeks later. I had to call the service department to ask if the part was in yet. THEY DIDNT CALL ME to make the appointment. Why don't you already have parts in for a Chevrolet if your a Chevrolet dealership? The only reason why I didn't write a review earlier was the fear of being treated differently since I have to return. I wish I would have known how the service department ran before buying a car from them. Sales department is good for what is it. They know how to suck you in. I don't regret buying the vehicle though.

  I was really nervous about the whole car buying process as this was my first time going through a dealership. I was so shocked at how smooth the whole thing went. The salesman, Mark was extremely understanding and kept to showing me cars that I specified would be good for my situation. He didn't waste my time and was very nice and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. I even asked to think about it and bring my father back the following day to just assure me that I was making a good choice they were more than happy to let me do that. I am very pleased and excited that all my expectations were met. I will most definitely return in the future for my next car. Thank you Mark P. and everyone at Jerry Smith that helped make my experience so comfortable and smooth.
