  It was wonderful working with Team Martin at Caliber Home Loans. Not only were they very professional but they were very caring as well as understanding. They made my boyfriend and I feel very comfortable during this whole transaction. They answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. I'm a very organized person and sometimes I ask questions more than once to be certain; they took their time explaining as they understood that buying a home is a huge step.
