      I had a fantastic experience with Banner Bank. The staff was extremely helpful as well as resourceful. I felt they considered my needs and were quick to take action. They follow up swiftly and communicate really well.The personalized attention made such a difference.

      This location has lost it's local charm. Hit up the ATM @ 6 AM and I couldn't withdraw cash. Drive through waits are horrendous and staff can be inattentive. Short staffing could be an issue but if a transaction takes longer than 5 minutes, have them come inside.

      It's all about the service. My uncle was a customer at this branch when he passed away. I chose to stay with Banner Bank for the estate account. From the first time I walked in, they were wonderful to work with. Whether with a teller at the counter or in an office with a personal banker, the staff were polite, professional and very personable. If the branch wasn't 100 miles away, I'd move my personal account to this branch even though Banner Bank doesn't have the best interest rates.

      Worst service ever at a bank except for one teller at the end. Totally ignored by all employees while entering and waiting. Most unprofessional dressed.

      Much about this bank is very good. I do have a problem with the bank statements as they are not always accurate. The total in my account included an amount that had not been taken from my account until the day after the last day of the statement, but the amount was not shown on the statement. It might be a good idea to work on making the statements accurate.

      Love my bank, everyone knows me, i have trouble with my hands an dropping money an not able to get my money from the drive through, i had told one of the women i was going to look for a small purse or something to put my stuff in so it'll stay together she said just a minute, she came back with one of your zippered bags, omg what a blessing, they all i believe know me by name, even the banner bank in mount Vernon knows me, so iam a blessed customer, thank you
