  Worst car buying experience ever! For a manager to argue back and forth with a female customer at that is beyond me. This was not a negotiation conversation this was a problem that they did with the car I was purchasing that day. Manager did not want to fix his workers mistake of putting a ding on my door when they put new tires on Not only was it with Chris the manager arguing back n forth basically calling me a liar along with his other worker screaming at me "well then dont buy the car"! I deeply regret buying from them. I see how it will be whenever I need my car serviced but I definitely will not come to Jerry Haggerty Chevy dealer to get it serviced if I dont have to. Unfortunately I still have to deal with them for the agreement which was they will just do a touch up on it not actually fix it right. The manager said "he is not wasting money on fixing it, cause it will cost to much for him". If I wanted some alley mechanic buying a car from around the corner kind of treatment I wouldve just gone to a non chevy dealer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM JERRY HAGGERTY IN GLEN ELLYN! I wasted 3 days coming back n forth to them. I was tired and just gave up is why I just ended up getting it. And then as I was leaving from picking up my just purchased car I noticed the gas was on E, so I asked "well are u going to put gas in it"? My sales person Bill went and asked. He came back and said "we will put some but we dont fill up on USED CARS because it comes out of the owner's pocket". Wow, really? So he put $15. So who cares about my 3 days coming back and forth from Chicago and spending almost $27000 with them. Just the worst over all experience. Everytime I look at my car I think of just the bad experience I had.

  This was the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Bryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me. And didn’t mind that i wanted test drive two different vehicles. I was choosing between the Equinox and the Blazer. I look forward to a relationship with this dealership and Bryan for a long time.

  As always Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet exceeded our expectations for service. In the past we rarely would bring our vehicles to a dealership for work. For the last couple of years we have been bringing all our vehicles to Haggerty and we won't go anywhere else. Matt Rotunno is amazing. He is always happy, honest and listening. I never felt rushed to get me out the door. He listened to all my concerns and called to follow up on them. I don't expect that level of customer service especially at a service center but they are consistently exceeding our expectations. Also the repairs have always been fixed the first time and we are charged a fair price. Matt makes is clear what they did. I rarely write reviews but everyone needs to know about your service!

  I had a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet. Mike Haggerty was not only extremely professional, but went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Not once did I feel like I was getting pushed into any decisions, and Mike was great in helping me learn about the features of my 2014 Chevy Cruze before I left. The employees here make you feel like family, and offer assistance with genuine enthusiasm. Even something as small as having a full tank of gas to leave with proves that Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet is all about attention to detail.

  Jeffrey is a great salesperson. Very kind, knowledgeable person. He was very attentive and could answer all my questions with patience. Never rushed the sale to move on to another.   I bought a used 2012 Scion IQ from Jerry Haggerty this weekend and I was very pleased with their service. First, I got the car for $3K less than other dealers’ prices that I saw on their websites, I was credit approved, and they took my trade in for a generous price (really good price for me). Overall I am very satisfied and I thank the Haggerty used car team. I love my little blue Scion IQ.
