  As a residential Realtor, I first began working with Ken Dillenkoffer in 2006. His expansive knowledge of the lending industry puts me at ease while trusting him with my buyers and past clients in need of refinancing. I work with mostly first-time home buyers so he takes extra time to explain all the options to our clients. I've received positive feedback from every client I've referred to him. Even if Ken is unable to pre-approve a borrower due to their existing credit situation, he makes such a good first impression that clients return to him months or even years later. Thanks to the credit repair tips he gave during the initial contact, many people are able to qualify in the future. His extra efforts retain happy clients and result in repeat business.
