  This is our second experience with Marc Purvis and we are extremely impressed with his professionalism, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for us.   Marc Purvis was very helpful in explaining the complexities of mortgages and options available to me and my fiancee as first time home buyers. He was always quick to respond when we had questions or wanted him to run the numbers on specific houses we were considering. He's very personable, friendly and easy to work with.   Marc Purvis was so easy to work with! He was always very quick to respond to my (many) questions and always explained everything so it was easy for me to understand. Marc kept me updated at every step along the way and was able to facilitate a quick close on our home. I have heard so many stories of the mortgage process being a hassle, but that was not the case with Marc. He made everything so easy! I would absolutely work with Marc again and highly recommend him!

  Marc is very responsive and he got back to me very fast. I will work with him again for sure if I have a need in future. One feedback for Guaranteed Rate is to limit number of contacts that customer should deal with. It makes it much easier for customer from communication standpoint.

  We used Marc as our lender for our first home. Marc was great at explaining the ins and outs of first time home buying. He would stay up late and talk us through any questions a first time home buyer would have. He was there every step of the way, and even came to our closing.
