  My husband and I went thru Jerry DuPaw & Guaranteed Rate for the purchase of our first home this July. And wow, was I impressed!! I used to work in the mortgage industry for 13 years, so I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical going thru a lender that I had never used before. But Jerry really took the time to place us into the best possible program and he beat out other many competitors rates, which we were shocked by! Also, his team at Guaranteed Rate was SUPER friendly and attentive to our questions. They honestly made the whole process super easy. I even think that the seller was impressed at how quickly we got approved & cleared to close!   Jerry, Liz and the rest of the team were great and extremely responsive throughout the whole process and really went the extra mile to find alternate financing options when I had trouble selling my house. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience!
