  Our real estate agent recommended Roy at Guaranteed Rate, Inc. when I had mentioned we were interested in refinancing our home. I contacted Roy and by the end of that day in mid January, Roy was able to lower our rate, discussed costs involved and thoroughly explained the process. Having re-financed ~4 years ago, our experience with Guaranteed Rate was by far less cumbersome and FAST. Roy and his team timely responded to my numerous questions whether by phone, text or email.   Roy Wiedenhoeft has been handling my home mortgages and re-fi's for many years. He is the only one I trust to get me the best rate and to make closings as simple as possible. He stays with me through every step of the process so there are no surprises or upsets. He offers different options so I can choose the one that works best for me.   If you are looking for a mortgage lender, Roy Wiedenhoeft is the guy to call. My experience with Roy and guaranteedRate was one of he most pleasurable experiences I've had. Roy and his team are true Professionals. Their response time is excellent. They will not ask for unnecessary information or documentation. In addition, Roy added a personal touch my loan process. He called me several times to check in and took the time to answer any questions I had. Roy also called me after my deal closed to congratulate me and confirm my satisfaction with my new home. I don't give recommendations often, but in this case I highly recommend Roy and guaranteedRate as the lender of choice!

  Roy was amazing in helping me get a loan for my new house during this pandemic. Everything was digital and super easy to use; I didn’t have to leave my house. He called anytime I had a question, or even just to check on me if it’s been a couple days since our last chat. He always explained things to me in a way I can understand, and gave me great advice based on my needs. Not only was he helpful and efficient, but he was also genuinely kind and caring.   Roy at Guaranteed Rate was absolutely phenomenal. I've known Roy for approximately 10 years and worked with him on two REFI's and one home sale. Because of him and his team's professionalism each transaction went smoothly and timely. I was a little worried when COVID-19 hit but we closed in a timely manner at a great interest rate. I would highly recommend Roy and will continue to use him in the future. You'll have no worries using Roy and his team!

  I enjoyed my experience with Roy and I dont say that too often, this was my second time using Roy. Roy walks you through and helps you understand the process, theres alot that goes into the loan process, so to have somebody on your side that you can trust is great. i would definitely recommend Roy and would use him in the future, thanks again Roy!!
