  I worked with Jenny twice. Once when we bought our home in clear lake and when we sold our same home. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the clear lake market. She has a no bs approach when it comes to getting things done and will always be honest and upfront about everything you need to know as a buyer or seller.   We've had great experiences with Jenny Kopriva as our realtor. She is quick to answer any questions. She is also thorough in her research and response. In our experience, she has been assertive and persistent in approaching potential buyers. One of our purchases encountered many legal issues.   My wife found Jenny because she was the real estate agent for house we were considering. We didn't end up buying that house, but I'm so glad we ended up using Jenny. She is an amazing realtor. She cared more about us than the sale. She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and every property we went to, regardless if the house was more expensive, she would make sure it provided for us what we were hoping for. When we found our new home, she didn't stop there. She continued to give support above and beyond what I would expect any realtor to give.   Jenny is amazing to with with. She helped me through several challenges, both related to the specific requirements of my VA lender and the usual stress of buying a home.
