  Kim Ruter State Farm is full of amazing and joyful people. You are greeted by a warm smile from the lady at the front desk. They have been super helpful with all of my needs and are able to answer any questions I have. I love state farm but I love it even more with the folks here! Great service, great people, and great insurance!

  I switched from Shelter to State Farm with Christine as my agent. I left paying less than I did before, with life insurance, renters insurance and my new cars coverage as well. I'm so happy with my switch and beyond pleased with how she helped get me everything that fit for my needs. Thank you all at Kim Ruter State Farm!!

  Great experience today going over all my polices with agent Kim Ruter. She explained some changes we made very clearly and understandable. Office staff was very nice and helpful as well. I've been a State Farm customer for nearly 50 years.

  The staff at Kim's agency was very pleasant and available to answer questions when they arose. The reason for 3 stars is due to not being notified of a drastic jump in premiums for my vehicles. Almost doubled and no explanation was provided. I had no claims or changes in anything to warrant this increase. And other than receiving my premium notice in the mail, there was no other communication. Then when my homeowner's insurance came due, another huge increase (not double but very significant), again, with no warning or explanation provided, even when I asked a staff member at her agency. I've since switched to another local agent with a different company and received the same rates I was paying prior to this increase. My advice would be for agents to reach out to customers, prior to the customer finding out about the increase in the mail, to discuss the increase and any possible areas of savings or improvements.

  Are very slow at getting back to you. Bad communication. Told us they were working on our policy and ended up not having car insurance on 3 of our 4 cars and had no idea of this. They did leave insurance on one cars. Not sure how one had insurance and not the others.

  My experience with Kelsey was great. She was very knowledgeable and professional. If you ever need to work with someone regarding loans I highly recommend Kelsey.
