  Zach Hermanson at Hall Realty is the absolute best! As a first time home buyer Zach was an incredibly knowledgeable resource and educated me about the home buying process to make sure this was something I was ready to do. Zach made my home buying experience fun and stress free. Ended up finding me the perfect home for below asking price. Would definitely recommend him as your realtor!

  Hall Realty and Carrie Shannon are the best! They have a great network and connections in the community with a long history of living and working here. They found us a home on the water which wasn't on the market yet. We relocated to Clear Lake from a different state and knew very little about the area, but Carrie held our hand and helped us in so many ways. No other realtor in Clear Lake would have been able to do what Hall Realty and Carrie Shannon did for us.

  This past February I bought a house! Carrie was my realtor from Hall Reality and she was awesome! She patiently walked with me through the process and everything she said was right on- even more accurate then my bank people! On top of it all she gave me an incredible house warming gift which blew me away! Went above and beyond in every part of the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house! You will not be disappointed!   We bought a home through them a few years ago and Al Ashland has ignored us and never called us back about a few issues. The Previous owner of the house stole a latter and they never made sure the garage door and screens for our windows Where fixed as it stated in our contract. We called and emailed them about this and still years later have not heard back. I called today I feel as though they made their sale off of us and just wrote us off even though it’s in our contract that these things where addressed. Just makes me sad.
