Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and flexible, and he carefully guided us through the process end-to-end. The thing that impressed us the most was the speed at which he kept things moving. Jeff has incredible communication skills. He's quick and prompt and always returned all of our calls, texts and questions within the hour. He made himself available, he checked in frequently, he kept the ball moving.
