  Closing my account with UCCU after 10 years. Horrible service, consistently have dealt with issues. They’re very sneaky with fees, and their account representatives are uneducated. I refinanced my car loan with UCCU and it was the worst decision. The representative told me it was required I sign up for GAP insurance, charged me $400 for it and then later I found out my car never needed GAP insurance as my cars value was much higher than what I owed. Feels like they’re just looking to ding you with any sort of fee/insurance to make a few bucks. Definitely have had better service through other credits unions.

  Best bank ever. Insanely fast, and I always know where all my money is. Super easy, Super nice, and a super staff that always greets me with a smile.

  I refinance my loan at this location (I was switching banks) and boy was it easy. The staff here were super helpful and incredible friendly. I now have another loan from this bank and I had the paperwork done at this location as well. Again it was super easy and the staff was great. If you're looking to switch banks definitely think about switching to UCCU.

  While working to get a mortgage with Brandon Searle he suddenly got extremely pushy for me to go with him and refused to send out loan documents I needed to verify what he was saying was truthful. Then he mentioned a grant he said I would qualify for without giving the name of the grant. This was a lie as he tried to bait me in. This guy is highly unethical. I would never work with him. I'm considering never working with UCCU again.

  I've been a loyal client for 5 years, making the payments on time. I tried to get a car loan and it took over an hr and a half for them to tell me I couldn't. I had to go to another bank to get the loan and even the other bank congratulated me for having such a great credit score.
