  Never missed a car payment,and somehow my last 3 car payments were expected to be paid in full.I did deferment car payments at Christmas time,so they expected me to pay my last 3 payments all at once,witch came to $990.

  Worst customer service experience I've ever had from a bank. Employees with lack of knowledge to assist you with problems. Who ever they had me on the phone with is horrible at numerical data entry even when I read the digits 2 at a time slowly. I will never use this bank for anything again. There's plain and simple BETTER OPTIONS.

  They never send bank statements and have screwed up my account more than once (and still haven't told me about the trust my father left me). If you want to keep your money, go somewhere else!

  Been a member for since 1997. Wouldn't have any other bank. So nice and just plain down sweet.
