  We havent bought a car yet because we are still looking, but Jordan(even being new to the place) was phenomenal! Not only did he know so much about the vehicles, but was willing to take the time to answer all the extra questions I had and test drive 2 vehicles with us. He was even attempting to go the extra mile and try to find me one exactly like I liked right down to color...he is a keeper. If I decide on a must and he will DEFINITELY be the car guy that we return too. Thank you so much for your time and effort Jordan. Your future customers, the Thompsons.

  I loved every bit of time I was there this past week! Everyone I talked to was Amazing and friendly and answered any questions that I had nice and politely. And always said if I ever need anything to eat drink and do when they were doing their stuff and Paper work. I have to say you cant say no to free drinks slushy!!!! If you ever stop by there ask for Cody Byers! he a an Excellent Car dealer I recommend him I just bought my second car from him and still was amazing! Me Love him long time xD. To any one looking to buy he will help you with anything you need help with fast and polite!!!

  2007 Trailblazer SS I had found my truck browsing the web and I came across this truck that I really liked. I realized it was in Missouri and I am stable in Colorado. I called and spoke to Shawn Flanary. Shawn told me about the truck and I had told Shawn that I wanted to get financed over the phone. Shawn jumped into the process with no hesitation. He was great, very patient, and very understandable. When Shawn told me was going to give me a call at a specific time, I received a call at the time I was told. After the process was done, my father and I told Shawn we were going to schedule to drive out to Missouri. We gave Shawn a couple different days and a couple of different times. Like I mentioned before Shawn was very patient and understandable. When I arrived I seen my truck in the front right where you enter the dealer ship. I was amazed, it was nice and clean, and looked even better than it did in the picture. Everything that Shawn told me about the truck was spot on and accurate. I was really satisfied and our road trip was well worth it. Thank you Shawn and Joe Machens!

  This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Bradley Kellerman and Jeffrey Holstein did a great job getting me the vehicle I wanted in the least amount of time. While I hope I don't need a car again for some time, I wouldn't hesitate to visit Bradley and Jeff again and would recommend them highly. Thanks gentlemen.

  The name has changed but the quality people remain the same! After 18 years in JC, I have yet to buy a vehicle anywhere but here. Having dealt with the Machens organization professionally for most of that time, I know they are a quality organization as well. I highly recommend Mike Rogers and the good folks at the Quick Lane for all your sales and service needs.

  Our sales person Scott Jackson and John Brown--finance manager were awesome.. Scott really helped us out when Corwin was lazy about helping us trade our SUV. The hospitality at Machens is top rated. I would recommend Machens to anyone buying a car..

  I would like to write this review about the customer service I received at the Jefferson City Ford dealership. First of all the, amenities of the dealership alone aimed at potential customers is more outstanding than any other dealership I have ever visited. You really aim to please the customer, whether they are having their car serviced or purchasing a vehicle. From the customer computer access to the food and drink, a customer is taken care of outstandingly. Not to mention the courtesy of the whole staff. I am unable to give a review of the used vehicle's performance that I purchased as yet, since I have not driven it long enough to be able to write about it. But, I would also like to give a review of my sales person's attentions to detail on my purchase of this used vehicle. Cody Hodge was an exceptional sales person. Cody attended to all the details of my purchase, he made me feel very glad that I visited this dealership. Cody's exceptional service has convinced me that if a future purchase of another vehicle is needed then I would of course call him for his help in a new purchase. I would also like to thank the accounting office personnel for their help, they were also very courteous in handling my purchase. I did not purchase a used Ford vehicle (even though I have owned Fords most of my life (1977 Ford LTD's were my specialty at least 5 of them in different colors)). Am I telling my age here, lolol? But, who knows, my future purchase may be a Ford this time. So Cody keep your eyes out for me. d
