  Michael Vanella and his team at USA Mortgage have been fantastic to work with! This was our first home-buying experience and we are so glad we have worked with him and his team. They worked quickly on our behalf to make sure we got the best possible interest rate locked in for our 30-year fixed conventional mortgage. They have answered any question we have had. He and his team have always been quick to respond to phone calls and emails which we so appreciated during this process. We highly recommend!

  We have worked with Michael specifically when it came to the purchase of our first home and a refinance of that home. Both times were a smooth process, easy to understand and very detailed. We appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to answer questions and walk us through the process. Their attention to detail is superior.   Highly recommended. Good interest rate. Excellent communication. Michael was very helpful. Especially with this being my first time purchasing a home. There were things I did not understand or have ever encountered. Michael and his team were patient, understanding, and helpful with all the questions and things I needed to help me understand the process of buying a home. If I had a question Michael had an answer. Morning, day, and, evening hours he was available to help. I very much recommend him and his team. In the future if I need a lender. Michael Vanella is who I will call.

  I highly recommend Michael Vanella with USA Mortgage! Michael helped us get our dream home and we cannot be me grateful for all of his hard work! We are first time home buyers with lots of questions and needed lots of help and Michael was there every step of the way to help us! Some days we would call Michael multiple times with multiple questions and he was always had our answers.   Michael went above and beyond for my home buying process. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions, naturally, and Michael (and his team) made sure every one of those questions were answered and understood. The day I got the approval notification from the USA Mortgage app I was so excited I could have cried! If you’re new, experienced, or even a little rusty at home-buying I promise you Michael is your go-to guy.   Michael was great in how he approached our situation. He gave us a great plan to follow along with very clear details. Every step along the way the goal was very clear. Get us in a home for our family. I have never stayed in a home my whole life. To just scratch the surface of getting one was amazing to me. We did exactly what he asked us to do. I am happy to say we are actually closing this week. It is very refreshing to me that USA mortgage has so many great people involved top to bottom. Micheal is definitely one of the top on my list. I encourage anyone who has dream of getting a home. This is the guy you want to see!!!

  Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This was our second time dealing with him and USA Mortgage and we couldn’t haven been more pleased.
