  Jeff made the mortgage process way easier than I thought it would be. He provided regular, helpful check-ins by phone and text. He always took time to help with the many questions I had throughout the homebuying process, and he was very thorough when explaining the stages and nuances of securing a mortgage.   Jeff worked with me on a loan that my credit union was hesitant to approve. His guidance and patience during the loan process and bidding on the house was great. I thought he had a very good understanding of not just the loan process, but also understood the whole process of obtaining a home during a time when the housing market was in flux. I can say he saved the day for me and my family. I really felt valued as a veteran of the armed services. I had thought the process of obtaining a VA loan was very complicated and had giving up on ever using a VA loan. I am very glad I met Jeff. I've always been hesitant to use my veteran status to my advantage, and he helped me realize that I deserved to use my VA benefits from my service in the USMC.   it was my first time buying a house Jeff guided me through the process one by one, Jeff is a great guy, knowledgeable in his field, very professional. Anybody can find a mortgage broker but not the one that will go the extra mile, not one that you can get a hold of any time or will call you right away, not one that will show you that he is getting tired of you. Jeff is the one that was keeping me sane and guided me through a very difficult and complicated process. I would recommend him to anybody, he was fantastic
