  GATEWAY is the absolute best by far! We are so pleased with the staff at the Waxahachie, TX location... Jeff Schmidt and Lance Wallace are exceptional! We initially began with Gateway and after a few years have returned back again and I cannot believe we are even happier than before. 5 stars are not enough for the hard work they do!! They ensure you know the process fully and walk you through it fully and answer all your questions, even pose some you are not even aware of. Trusted, honest and dependable. Unfortunately we have had a claim prior on the house and the process with Gateway was hassle-free when endorsing checks, unlike our other mortgage lender, what a nightmare they were! Months to get checks and calling time after time. Not Gateway, we even contacted Jeff about moving our loan back to Gateway just to get away from that dreadful company...go with Gateway, you will never regret it! Thank you for all you do!
