  I was a first-time home buyer and Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and so patient with me and all my questions. Not only did he check in on a weekly basis to see how the housing market was treating me, his team reached out every few days to update me on how my loan application progressing. Additionally, I had a out-of-state trip planned and his team was able to close out my loan in 24 DAYS! I would highly recommend Jeff and his team if you want someone who is patient, knowledgeable, real/to-the-point, communicative, and fast! Thank you, Jeff!!

  Jeff and his Team at CrossCountry mortgage are at the top of their Profession. They helped my wife and I buy our first home, and all I can say is Wow! How would I describe my first home purchase?   I've worked with Jeff now on two mortgages and I can't say enough great things about how well the process goes with him and his team. He's incredibly responsive, answers all my questions thoroughly, and wastes no time in getting things moving and keeping them going, which I really appreciate.   My worst mortgage broker experience. After applying, Jeff and his team kept contacting me to "check in" but for days refused my requests to email the loan info because he wanted to meet and present it himself. The world is filled with brokers, and it was easy to replace him with one who listened. Would not recommend.

  Jeff McGinnis at Cross Country Mortgage in Seattle assisted us with our recent home refinance. We loved working with Jeff and his team! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. He used online tools to show us various options to consider, we truly believe that he had our best interest in mind and wanted to help us make the best decision. From there, his team assisted us with collecting all of the documents needed through an online portal. They were very responsive to questions and kept us in the loop all along. We saved significant money and may not have gone through this if it were not for the help of Jeff and his team. Definitely go with them, they are resourceful, helpful, and trustworthy.
