  Petros and his team are fantastic. They are helpful and precise and walked us through the entire loan making process with great patience. In the competitive Seattle housing market, you would do well to have someone like Petros and his experienced team on your side. I am sure that we would not have got our current house without Petros making him self available on short notice to answer the seller's questions.

  Team Petros was exactly what we were looking for: Fast, sharp, on-the-ball and always cheerful. Having been through this process with other lenders in the past, we know not all representatives are this good. And even though this is a busy time for people looking to refinance, they were always quick to get back to us with smart answers. Can't recommend them enough.

  This place is so amazing! After reaching out to our bank (twice!) to refinance our home loan and not hearing back we decided to listen to our real estate agent and contact Cornerstone. They were so amazing. They stayed on top of everything, kept us informed every step of the way. Compared to when we bought the home with our bank (a large commercial bank) the experience was hands down better. From application to close. The cherry on top of the sundae? Our bank, upon finding out we had gone to Cornerstone for refinance, kept trying to get us to stay with them and they still couldn't give us a better rate than Cornerstone!

  This really is an amazing group of people. We recently upgraded our house, and were originally considering a simultaneous sell/purchase, but because we wanted to finance through the VA that wasn't an option. Instead, we put our house up for sale, then shortly thereafter found a wonderful house that accepted our contingent offer. That's when the dream team took over. Petros has a wonderful staff working for him. They were always on the ball when requesting documents, very willing to explain any questions, and were able to match rates with a competitor to bump off another 1/8 of a %. Here's why they get 5 stars, though. Unfortunately, financing for our original buyers fell through days before closing, and we had to go back into contingency. And because of the timing, our original loan guarantee lapsed. Petros saw this, and was able to reuse documentation and get a new rate lock - at half a point lower, due to the change in interest rates. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars. And because they were in talks with the underwriter throughout the process, once our buyers finally got financing, we closed on the new house within *minutes*. THAT is being on the ball. These guys are wonderful. They won't do you wrong.

  As a first time home buyer, it's hard to say enough great things about Petros, Ashley and the entire team! They were fantastic in thoughtfully educating us about the different options, setting expectations on timelines, what to expect, etc., and being incredibly prompt in responses - just across the board fantastic.
