  Jeff has managed three loans for me and every time it was a fantastic experience. His knowledge and ethical practice are what keeps me coming back to him. Before going with Jeff, I contacted other companies but quickly found they were not so truthful, and the offers were not at all beneficial to me. I contacted Jeff and everything was great that I came back to him twice to refi. Jeff is honest and if it numbers do not benefit the customer or just don't make sense, he will not push one to complete the process. If I have a future need, Jeff is who I will go to.

  Jeff Joiner was the best person to work with compared to the other companies I contacted. He did everything I requested to close my Refi. I got the cash I needed to pay off all my bills and remodel my kitchen. Don't hesitate to use Jeff Joiner with Crestline. The process was so painless since everything can be done online.   Jeff is an incredible loan office. He was strongly recommended to me, so I gave him a ring one day and we had a great chat about my loan at the time and how refinancing would save me major money and provide better terms and conditions. He was spot on. We started the process the next day, and 4 weeks later we closed. He always made himself available for any questions I had, he provided multiple updates each week, and was there every step of the way. I ended up snagging a great loan working with Jeff that couldn’t have been beat elsewhere. All said & done, the loan closed and I paid $0 out of pocket; in fact, I was paid out $$$ to settle the difference. All in all, it was a fantastic experience working with Jeff, and I guarantee for future loans I won’t be looking elsewhere.
