  I have known and have done business with Jeff Allen on a number of levels over the years. Jeff successfully handled transactions for our kids. Most recently Jeff handled the sale of my fathers house. He successfully engineered a top of the market sale and rapid closing for us.   I am a first time home buyer, and Jeff Allen is basically the reason why I not only bought my first home and had no reservations about it, but also made the process 100% easier than the horror stories I had heard. Jeff worked great with me, figuring out what exactly I was looking for, as well as being incredibly responsive and flexible about showings and guidance. He fought hard to make sure I was represented well when purchasing in a hot housing market. His work didn't stop once I put an offer on a house, any questions I had about the loan process or closing, or inspection related issues, he was there to ensure that I both had the knowledge, and confidence, to keep things on track. Jeff made the stress about buying a house go away, and let me focus on the parts I had to do, while he took care of the rest.   Jeff has been our realtor for buying and selling houses for over 20 years. His professionalism and knowledge of the Omaha area is very refreshing. I definitely had a lot of ideas in my mind about what kind of a house I wanted and Jeff went out of his way to find the perfect fit and none of them pleased me. They had what I thought I wanted, but there was always something that I wasn't happy with. He suggested new builds and showed us some great lots.   Jeff was a wonderful broker handling our farm land in Valley, NE. When we had title problems he was there to help us solve them. When we had easement problems he was there to help us. Due to zoning restrictions, we went through 3 or 4 buyers. When one buyer would drop out, Jeff was there with another one. Jeff was not only an agent but became a friend. Even though we were out of state all the paperwork ran smoothly and timely. I would strongly recommend Jeff on any type of transaction in the Omaha metropolitan area and beyond.

  Jeff was great to work with when selling our house and buying a new one we loved. He was very patience with our wants in a new house and when we found the one he was there through every step. It was tough closing but we made it and Jeff was a huge part of that. If you are looking for a real partner in a Real Estate Agent Jeff is your guy.

  Jeff recently helped me sell my home. I tried unsuccessfully for a few months to sell the house FSBO "For Sale By Owner" thinking that I would make more money doing it myself. After a few months of extra house payments I hired Jeff to sell the house for me. Jeff sold the house the following weekend for more money than I was asking on my own. Jeff also arranged for all of the contractors to fix the minor items that came up after the inspection. I very highly recommend Jeff to sell your home for you!
