  My sister told me I should use a mortgage broker to help me find a bank for our home loan.   Nick Zwiebel was very professional, knowledgeable and communicative during our refinance process. From the beginning, when he contacted us regarding the low VA rates, he worked with us to advise what the new rates and payments would be to the very end, he kept us very well informed the entire time.
