  Horrible bank and terrible customer service. This bank will kick you when your down and has no common sense decision making. We had a four year relationship and were treated like criminals when we made a mistake, owned it, and made it right during a pandemic while loosing 75% of our business overnight. When they make a mistake, you are just screwed! Stay away from this horrible institution!

  I am not sure if the tellers are inept or simply unwilling to help, but I has the worst experience at the Park Street branch. I needed to purchase coins and they recommended I go to a grocery store. I have been with Jax Federal for more than a decade and have both my personal and business banking with them. I will definitely be shopping for a new credit union because I certainly can't trust an institution who cannot accommodate the most fundamental of banking tasks.

  I have personally had nothing but great customer service and excellent care from Jax Federal credit Union. I applied for a personal loan and it couldn't have been easier. Tyler at the Southside Branch was amazing. I can't say enough great things. I highly recommend Jax Federal.

  This bank will not refinance their own loans! I have a auto loan from them, was told by Nissan to apply and found out I was misinformed. The interest rates are insane!

  Whatever you do, DO NOT lose your debit card. It took this credit union 28 days to get me a new one. Adding insult to injury, when i finally did receive it and tried to activate it, they had mistyped my phone number so i had to spend hours on the phone correcting their mistake. This is what you get after 10 years with a credit union?JaxFCU has lost another member. There can be NO trust here.

  If I could give them negative stars I would - so tired of this place. Absolute garbage - can't believe this is a "member driven" credit union. If we didn't have a car financed through them and a credit card with them I'd cut this lousy organization out of my existence. I'm literally typing this as I sit on the phone (over 30 minutes now) simply trying to speak to a representative - ONLY so that I can mail them $8500 to pay off an account. I'm trying to send them money and can't get a human being of any kind on the phone to get the address to mail a payoff to. I left messages for two different representatives over 6 hours ago - still no call back. Thought I'd call the main operator.....This is just the icing on what has been an abortion of customer service since we've joined the place. Just awful - wish we'd have picked ANY other financial institution.
