  I have introduced Jason to multiple clients and all I can say is very loyal members of other companies (USAA, NavyFed) decided that he had the best rates and services to provide them over the others. On top of that every deal he works he treats like it is one of his family members and is truly and integrated part of every transaction from start to finish and beyond. Jason Stier is the ONLY referral partner I need for VA Loans (and everything else), but not many people have the passion and compassion for Vets, or Active Duty personnel like him. You will regret not contacting him if you need a VA Loan.

  Absolutely horrible broker. Started working with him in March. He’s slow to answer emails, and disappeared for over a month citing Covid concerns once he reappeared. He put no effort into working with us, and after telling us we couldn’t get a loan we found it odd that another company quickly and easily got us approved for a VA loan with a great rate. Jason only wants to work the easy cases. If I could give zero stars I would. Since Jason lied on his response I’ll add I followed up with him in June. Fortunately I didn’t let his poor service and laziness steer me away from the reality company I used. I’d highly reccomend guaranteed rate of you want a broker who actually works for the customer.
