  As a first time home buyer I was naive on the home buying process however Jared was informative each step of the way. Jared provided clarification each step of the way on best strategies to ensure my offer wouldn’t be looked over. In addition to ensuring that my file remained intact throughout the underwriting process. I’m happy to say the hardest part of the home buying process was finding the right home! Which we did. = )

  Jared provided excellent service but also provided valuable advice and insights. I could not imagine anyone finding a better example of what a mortgage broker should be. Our obligations and our costs were exactly what he promised and predicted. It made buying our home a simple and enjoyable process. I would use him again with no hesitation.

  Jared Theil was recommended to me by a family member when I was interested in refinancing my home. From the very beginning Jared proved he was very knowledgeable in the mortgage field. He knew immediately which companies offered the best rates and were the best to work with. He and and his assistant, Gabbi, stayed in frequent contact with me. They were always quick to ask if I had any questions or needed any assistance obtaining the necessary documents. Once I made the decision of which offer to accept, I was at closing within a few short weeks. If, I have a need for a mortgage broker in the future, I will certainly be contacting Jared and his team.

  First contacted Jared last summer to figure out what I can do to get approved for a mortgage. He was excellent the whole process, educated me and communicated effectively.   I'm a first time home buyer so this experience was an adventure in its self. I had the pleasure of working with Jared Thiel from day one he was very informative with information for me to make a sound decisions. I started off without an agent not knowing the benefits of an agent during the process Jared paired me up with a excellent agent that would land me the home of my dreams. Jared stay in close contact with me to answer any questions I might have had along the way. He was very relatable and attentive to my needs and wants in a home which only goes to show he went above his responsibilities to make sure I was taken care of all the way around. This process I'm so grateful for I welcome Jared to my home as family.

  I can not rave enough about Jared. He was extremely professional and responsive not to mention informative. Financing a home can be extremely confusing and he explained every step in ways that I could understand. My family and I have worked with other Mortgage companies and none of them can even compare to Jared. We will never use anyone else again! I highly recommend him.

  Working with Jared was an absolute pleasure. Jared was professional, highly informative, aware of all the available programs and answered all our questions. More importantly, he kept us up to date on progress of our loan. As a borrower of having financed homes in the past, these are qualities one should look for in a mortgage broker. Upon closing, I was impressed with him following up and checking to make sure that the service was to our satisfaction and if there are any questions or needs. I am aware that purchasing a home can be stressful, however, working with Jared made task less tedious. I would strongly recommend work with Jared financing your first or next mortgage.

  I am very grateful to Jared for his professionalism and expertise during my mortgage refinance. I put off my decision to refinance for months due to a lack of time, lack of knowledge and general lack of patience and trust in the process. Jared took the time to explain the process and generally made an effort to get to know me and understand what I wanted to accomplish through my refinance. He walked me through every step and answered questions patiently and to my satisfaction. Once I gathered the information needed, Jared and his team got me to the closing table in less than a month! Way to go.

  As a first time home buyer, I thought the process would be stressful and tedious. I was also guarded because I knew no one had my best interest in mind, they only wanted the business. When I say Jared totally changed my mindset, it's the truth!! He was responsive to EVERY question I had. He made the whole process easy. At one point, I thought this is too good to be true. Surely, buying a house, going through underwriting is NOT this easy and simple. But it was!!!! Every day I was waiting for for the "mess up" or stress but it NEVER happened lol. Jared got my appraisal back less than 10 days. And my total home buying process was only 3 weeks and it was THAT long because we gave the previous homeowners time to move out. It was really that fast and simple!! I will recommend Jared and my realtor, Kyndra to everyone. They tagged team and got my offer approved when I wasn't even the highest offer!! Who does that??? When I thought the owners wouldn't accept my offer, Jared quickly asked for the sellers realtors name and number and after that, I was told my offer was accepted. I cannot tell you what they talked about, but it worked!! I'm grateful, thankful and I appreciate the working relationship I had with Jared Thiel.
