  Todd and his team came to us highly recommended. Therefore, without even looking at any other options, we put our home buying experience in their hands. Unfortunately, they turned this into a very unpleasant experience. The poor communication, moving goalpost, and lack of empathy for the consequences of their actions were simply unbelievable.
