  Matt and his team were nothing short of amazing. My broker Matt was super helpful, personable, knowledgeable and responsive. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I must say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a loan officer. I actually look forward to working with Matt, Gigi and Kathy again.   What an amazing team! My Mortgage broker Brett and his team were simply awesome, they answered all my questions, Brett always so quick to respond ( I had 2001 questions) being a first time homeowner and I couldn’t be any happier. The entire process was smooth and they got me in my Home in 30 days!!! This team absolutely rock!!Thank you!!!

  I was referred to David Kilpatrick Financial, by a friend who David helped purchase a home. Matt was our financial advisor and he was very attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable on the financial side of purchasing a home. He took time to explain everything to us. Gabbi also assisted Matt, with helping gather our information and keeping it in order for us. They were a great team and we appreciate them for all they have done for us! I would highly recommend.

  For a first time home owner, all I can say is wow! Our loan officer Matt was awesome. Matt was attentive and made the process a smooth transition. We received excellent communication from Matt and Gabbi. They were available for ALL of our questions, even if we asked the same question a couple of time. He explained how everything would happen during the process, and had us closed on our first home in a couple of weeks. I would recommend this group to anyone. By the way, to put the icing on the cake he was there with us at closing. I don’t think that is normal for most closings. Thank you Matt and the Kilpatrick Group. You will hear from us sooner than later, that 80% will be here before you know it. 🤣

  My husband and I used David Kilpatrick Financial based on a recommendation from our realtor, and we couldn't have been more pleased!  We worked with Jeff Mc. directly and loved all the phone calls expressing his excitement about how much money he kept saving for us.  He truly took the time to keep us informed and made sure all the boxes were checked well in advance.  It was a pleasure working with him, and the service was incredibly personal.  Highly, highly recommend!!

  Joanna and her team at David Kilpatrick Financial are AMAZING. Joanna is fierce and gets you the results you want. Joanna was extremely professional, and always made herself available when we needed her. We really couldn't have survived the process without her. She answered all my questions, no matter how silly or serious they were. Joanna and her team are timely and get things done fast and efficiently.   This was my first time buying a home and everyone from my loan manager , processor and agent they were all awesome.   First time home buyer - the Sales Agent Will Belleperche was great in setting me up with a Loan Officer. My Loan officer, Brett was able to quickly obtain pre-approval, and send out loan estimates. He also kept me up to date on changes as they occured, and attend my closing for my first home! Sharon Colby was without a doubt the BEST Loan Processor in the world, she went above and beyond in communication to ensure I was well aware of all loan details and documents needed. Sharon's interpersonal and professional communication skills including timely responsiveness 100% made my experience amazing. She was quite literally the glue keeping me together during the loan process for my first home!!
