  I thought I knew about the VA loan and the benefits that come with it... and then my journey began with Jared and his team. There was a lot more to it than I thought. Really professional and personable. Just the greatest personalities. All my questions and concerns were answered. You will be relieved of the whatever anxieties you may have about the process. We had our doubts and expectations about how much we would be getting approved for. We were pre-approved in a couple days with an amount we thought we would never see in our lifetime. Jared and his team are full of resources. Just the best!! Thanks to them we became new homeowners in what felt like record time. Most of the transactions were done thru the phone. Super easy.

  Jared and his team stayed with us and kept positive the entire time....even as we kept getting outbid until we finally got our offer accepted. Very professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to using the VA loan. Would highly recommend him and alligned mortgage to anyone wanting to buy!!!5 stars!

  Jared has helped my wife and I on multiple occasions, including purchasing our first home! Since then we have refinanced 3 times, with each time being quick and efficient and the absolute best rate at the time! Jared is honest and communicates early and often, and he and Michelle were always available for questions and followed up so well to make us feel confident in the process and well taken care of.   Buying a mortgage. buying a home loan so that you can buy a home. This is the only company I have dealt with since my first home in 2008 that talked to me like I was a customer, with options. They explained the loan buying process and the home buying process with me. They broke out 3 different options with me so I could strategize. And they gave me THE lowest cost out of like 11 lenders I talked to. There is NO reason to look anywhere else for me.

  I had a great rate, but Jared’s communication wasn’t that great, i don’t know if he was overwhelmed but the communication was horrible. I was told by Jared I would be paying this much a month, and I would be receiving a property tax refund. I never received a property tax refund, and my payment was higher. I emailed Jared but he never responded. I got in contact with Jordan and Michael and they helped me out and broke it down for me Barney style. At the end I got me a great rate, but communication is key, my emails were disregarded by Jared. Jordan and Michael, and Robert Rodriguez you guys are great keep on doing what you’re doing.

  I was referred to this company from a close friend who is a realtor. From the moment I contacted them , I was impressed!! The team i worked with was Cherise Villada, Michael Denzy and Jared Kelley. They were always available to answer any questions I had either from phone call , text, or email . They helped us get into our very first home !! Super happy ... When we came to the office to sign closing paperwork with the notary, everyone at the office was so kind and they made us feel like we were family!! What a beautiful bunch of humans!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!! You will not be disappointed !! 100% impressed
