  Janet helped my mother and I with our home loan. My mom has a lot of time constraints and a weird schedule but Janet worked closely with her so despite her unusual schedule she could get her paperwork done on time to close on the home. She was attentive, quick to respond and answered questions until all information was understood. She's kind, caring and efficient and I recommend her highly.

  So when I started the process of refinancing my house its started with a call from Janet. I told her I wasn't interested and she wasn't pushy at all ! Unlike like most refinancing companies. Janet told me she had options for me, and that was that when I was actually going to do it I called her back because what she told me she could offer me and what she told me is exactly what happened. I thought this is too good to be true but no matter what I threw her way she was ready and took care of all my needs no matter how big or small. Not only did she get me a good deal and fast payment but she also communicated with me on everything that was going on. She answered most of my calls and if she didn't she called back within 10-20 minutes. Even when I was closing and I had questions she walked me through the process.
