  Jane Han was absolutely amazing to work with! The best loan officer I've ever worked with. She took my calls and emails, even when late into the evening. She worked with me to run the numbers into the ground until I was comfortable, no matter how many times to took. She was so pleasant every time we spoke. It was just such a pleasure to have a home buying experience with someone willing to hold my hand and walk me through every step. The best service I could have asked for :)

  Words can not really explain the exceptional outstanding work that Jane is doing with her team. Right from our very first phone call, Jane went above and beyond to explain every single detail, every single line item. She made sure I had no questions or concerns left. I almost feel like a lending pro because of the way Jane makes you understand the process and carries you along all the way. Ever so responsive... nothing more reassuring and soothing than a very engaged, consistent and reliable professional. Jane and her her team gave a whole new definition to professionalism and I was absolutely certain they got my best interest at the core of it all. I was told never to expect a call from your lender during the process cos it's probably not good. But I always looked forward to calls from "Jane Lender". The best call was when she called to advise " Patrick the rates are beginning to misbehave, we need to lock now"... that was a very strategic move cos I got the best rate possible. The whole experience has been purely efficient, effortless and truly wonderful. I am so looking forward to working with Jane and her team in the future and of course I will share my experience with anyone willing to listen. Thank you so much Jane for an epic experience in buying my first home.

  Jane and Ericka were so great in my whole home buying process. They made things so simple with their reminders and notifications as well as just checking in to make sure I was aware of the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They take after hour phone calls and text messages which was so convenient for my busy work schedule. I’m just so grateful to them. Everyone phone conversation was as if I was talking to my friend. Jane was relatable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy which is very hard to say when you dealing with these type of “business” relationships. I got a really great rate and that is all due to the tireless work of Jane and her team. I could rave on and on, but you get the picture. Thanks Jane and Ericka and whoever else worked behind the scenes to get me into my first beautiful new home.
