  Ben provided outstanding service. He was the most professional lender that I have had the experience of working with. He was very efficient and readily assisted me by responding to my emails/texts expediently and providing answers to my questions and concerns.   Benjamin was great- Kia was good too. Both were very professional. These guys worked really hard getting this loan done for us. It was a difficult loan to obtain with every detail scrutinized. It was quite tiring and frustrating (no fault of these guys) at times, but they got it done for us with a super excellent interest rate of 2.2%. Benjamin's attitude was always polite and at the same time helpful with his reassuring calmness, and in-control composure at all times. Mj Najimi

  We formally met Ben almost a year ago, when we began to prepare ourselves to purchase our first home. We first talked about first-time home owner loan products and he immediately ran a financial scenario. Very professionally we discussed our options and our goals. Based on our goals he advised on what we could do to improve our financial situation to achieve those. A year later we reached out, ready with our plan. He listened and strategized again. He gave us a financial scenario and we finally began our journey. During this process Ben was incredibly supporting and on point with deadlines. He went above and beyond to lock down interest rates, always thinking outside the box, only to benefit us. Every financial step was explained in detail and he was ALWAYS available to answer anything. We ended up not having to use first-time home owner loan products all based on Ben’s strategic financial guidance. We are incredibly grateful for having him in every financial process during the purchase of our lovely home.
