  Jamie came highly recommended from a realtor friend as someone her clients had a great experience working with - she was absolutely correct! The first advantage of working with Jamie is that he is knowledgeable and experienced with VA loans. While purchasing a new home this year, my "current" mortgage company at the time kept telling me that I could not do what I needed to do and were instrumental in losing out on a couple homes I wanted to purchase. When I explained my situation to Jamie, he actually knew the VA rules and made it happen for my family. He kept in touch and worked me through all of the issues (I was deployed during the most of the process, returning just in time for the closing.) until I could get my family settled on our new property in the country.   Jaime Fischer did an amazing job of holding our hands through our first home buying experience. He and his team took the time to walk us through the numbers and contracts, as many times as needed for our understanding. There was seldom a time Jaime and his assistant could not be reached, and for those rare occasions they quickly returned our calls. Hands down our experience would not have been the same with you Jaime!

  Not only is Jamie extremely professional and always willing to help you through the home loan process, he is also a great guy. He was recommended by a few friends to re-finance my home in Colorado Springs when interest rates dropped to historic lows. Jamie and his team helped me through the re-finance process for a VA loan and helped me save a lot of money. Thanks for all your help and I would definately recommend you to folks who need a local mortgage lender.

  What an awesome team! As first time home-buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about the whole process. Jamie and his team eased our fears and navigated us through the entire home buying experience. They were absolutely proactive, and were flexible when I had to submit paperwork while away from home on vacation. The constant communication was exceptional as well. As a fellow veteran, Jamie went above and beyond and referred me to some community leaders in the area that would also help me outside of just buying a home.
