  Had an absolutely fantastic experience with James and the Fairway team during the purchase of my property! James was nothing but professional and patient with me as I navigated the confusing world of buying my first home. He's quick, efficient, extremely responsive, and fantastic at boiling down a complex process into a few key takeaways (all things that I HIGHLY value when working with a team). The entire group at Fairway was very pleasant to work with too - they were able to take what would normally be a stressful nervous process into something that was exciting and enjoyable. They handled the heavy lifting so I could focus on what I cared about most: finding a place. I will 100% be using James and the team and referring my friends to them (and in fact, have already done so!)

  What made me have a great experience is first of all the professionalism of James. He was available when I need his help with information, reponded to me in a timely manner, and worked hard to push my loan application forward. James is a very nice guy to work with.   We have worked with James the last two times we refinanced our home and he is by far the best we have ever worked with. No exaggeration. We have been homeowners for 27 years and have refinanced a lot! With James it is such a different experience. He makes it so easy! He does so much work so we don't have to-- which I love. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. We will turn to him when we purchase our next home. I am so happy he was recommended to us.

  James was extremely helpful. He made himself available whenever we needed him and answered all of our questions within a timely manner. He also provided us with numbers itemized breakdowns, even on properties that we did not put an offer in. He made the home buying process easier than expected.   James was fantastic to work with -- he made the entire mortgage process so easy for first-time home buyers, and also helped with securing a re-fi to help us save money.   James was the perfect person for the job. This was my first time buying a home and I had a really short time frame to complete the purchase. I had gotten 5 pre-approval letters (2 Banks, 2 Lendors, 1 Credit Union) but only James was quick to reply and took the time to explain the process and discuss small details specific to my finances. When I would ask the other lenders about something specific to my finances (especially selling crytocurrencies or gift taxes) they would take a long time to reply and the answers were never clear. All of the estimates I got from James were very detailed and I knew exactly what to expect. With the other banks/lenders, I had to chase them down to get the details so I could compare line-by-line the fees. James gave me definite answers and his team's turn around time on every step really made the purchase a seamless process. He was also very knowledgeable about the market and what was happening with the rates at the time. We timed the locking of the rate at the best time considering how much rates went up only a few days later. I went in to this process knowing next to nothing about purchasing a home and was super nervous about the whole thing, but James was very patient and very reassuring. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer.
